Our Stroke Recovery Service will work with you to identify your personal support needs and priorities. A coordinator will contact you to organise a phone call and/or home visit to find out how you’re managing with daily activities, and any additional support you may require. Our service can offer you opportunities to rebuild confidence and independence, and help you to rebuild your life after stroke

Long term peer and social support is a vital lifeline for everyone affected by stroke. As a stroke support group, we play a significant role in providing such support and we aim to provide the necessary assistance so that, together, we can conquer stroke.

Our Stroke Café meetings are a regular and informal coming together of people affected by stroke in a local area, who want to meet other people in a similar situation so they can socialise and discuss their experiences in an open and friendly community setting
